Mr. Girard is known for his vision and ability to successfully build and mobilize working teams in carrying out large-scale projects. A certified company administrator (ASC), Mr. Girard has sat on the boards of private, public and listed companies for over 20 years.

It is with great pride and recognition that the Port of Trois-Rivières team has learned that the project On Course for 2020 has received the Distinction Award from the Association québécoise des transports (AQTr), in addition to being a finalist in the Infrastructure and Coup de coeur categories.
The Québec Port Authority (“QPA”) is proud to announce the signing of a long-term commercial agreement with Hutchison Ports and CN to build and operate the new container terminal, known as project Laurentia (previously Beauport 2020).
